At Anna Field, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Ondergoed (Underwear)
- Pantoffels (Slippers)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or customized items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information in your email (you can use our template below):
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Exchange Process
If you’re exchanging an item:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item and specify the replacement item
- We will ship your new item once we receive and process your return
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We will arrange for a free return and replacement.
